Whistler Shuttle Winter Updates

From September 7 to November 23 we accept bookings between 10 am and 11:30 am.

For Winter 2021/2022, we accept bookings for flight arrivals between 9 am and 9 pm

September 7 – November 23, 2021
At this point in time due to travel restrictions and limited bookings we have had to remove our 90 minute guarantee from September 7th, 2021 to November 23rd, 2021. For any bookings made within these dates we will continue to put guests on the first available shuttle leaving Vancouver Airport. We do not anticipate any significant waiting times and will be able to give estimates depending on the date booked. For any questions please do not hesitate to call us 604-938-9711.

November 24, 2021 – December 17, 2021
A maximum wait time guarantee of 1.5 hours applies to all flights landing during our service hours 09:00-21:00.

December 18, 2021 – April 18, 2022
A maximum wait time guarantee of 1 hour applies to all flights landing between 09:00 and 17:00
A maximum wait time guarantee of 1.5 hours applies to all flights landing between 17:00 and 21:00

April 19, 2022 – April 30, 2022
A maximum wait time guarantee of 1.5 hours applies to all flights landing during our service hours 09:00-21:00.

However, currently, we have only one departure from the Whistler Gateway Loop at 8:00.
