What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Ridebooker Cancellation Policy:

All cancellation requests must be made directly to Ridebooker by email (info@ridebooker.com) or by phone (+1 (604) 639 5050) and are time-stamped for processing.

If a booking is cancelled by Ridebooker, the reservation will be fully refunded.

 

For shared shuttle/bus services

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled departure time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled departure time are not eligible for a refund.

Cancellation coverage is not available for shared shuttle/bus services.

 

For private transportation services

At the time of booking you are given the option of purchasing Cancellation Coverage at a rate of 8% of the total cost before tax.
 
Bookings made within 24 hours of departure time are not eligible for cancellation coverage.
 
WITH Cancellation Coverage:
  • Cancellations made a minimum of 24 hours prior to your scheduled departure time are eligible for a refund of the purchase price minus the cost of coverage.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled departure time are not eligible for a refund.
WITHOUT Cancellation Coverage:
  • Cancellations made a minimum of 72 hours prior to your scheduled departure time are eligible for a refund of the purchase price minus a 20% administration fee.
  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of your scheduled departure time are not eligible for a refund.
