Cancellation Coverage is available for our Private Transportation services at the rate of 8% of the total purchase price before tax. Coverage allows you to cancel the booking up to 24 hours before your pick up time for a full refund minus the cost of coverage. Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of pick up are non-refundable.

Private Transportation bookings Without Cancellation Coverage are non-refundable if cancelled within 72 hours of your pick up time. If you cancel more than 72 hours prior to pick up the refund will be subject to a 20% administration fee.
